It’s my very first event guys!! I cannot even tell you how excited I am!
Beer + Yoga = a pint without the guilt!
Originating in the west coast this trend has swept all over the country! Enjoy an hour long modern feel yoga class with no pressure, no super hard moves and celebrate after with a pint! There will be music, yoga, merriment and a you’ll even learn a little about life balance and beer from Sophia of NY Foodgasm.
Can I do this Yoga Class with No Experience?
Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!
What kinda of Yoga class is this?
Katie, my fave yoga instructor is teaching the class. Her style is called Strala Yoga, but in lay men’s terms it means yoga for the rest of us. No chanting, no foreign music- just fun and learning some balance and flexibility. In fact, we’ll be playing some pretty kick ass music. Queen anyone?!
What else do I get with my ticket?
I’m glad you asked! No “Beer + Yoga” event would be complete without a beer! So you get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of Port Jeff Brewing Company’s Beer!!
But wait… there’s more! We’ll also have a DJ there to play some awesome tunes so you can enjoy the yoga and the beer even more!
What should I bring?
Bring your own yoga mat, we won’t be providing any. The class will be outside of the brewery in the mall square, so you will definitely need a mat. Oh and bring yourself!
How can I get there?
No car? The brewery is only about 1.3 miles from the Port Jefferson Train Station.

Our production brewery is located in beautiful downtown Port Jefferson at 22 Mill Creek Road – located within the Chandler Square walking mall. (note that most navigation systems will bring you to a location about .5 miles from the brewery, there is no beer there and you will be thirsty and annoyed once you arrive there. Mill Creek Road is just south of 104 Main Street in Port Jefferson. We are located in the large brick building with a wrap around porch. The map to the right denotes our correct location.)
