Originating in the west coast, Beer and Yoga, has swept all over the country! Sophia of nyfoodgasm.com wanted to bring the fun to the east coast. Our mission is to bring you a fun and accessible yoga experience to you while promoting the small craft breweries of NY. So we travel from brewery every month so you can taste your way around NY!

If you have never been to Beer and Yoga, this is one you don’t wanna miss: our first anniversary Halloween Spectacular! There will be a costume contest with a prize for best costume, special VIP tickets complete with goodie bags, a raffle and even MORE surprises in store! Seriously too much to list and we hope to see you there!

VIP tickets include regular admission with a Trick or Treat Bag filled with cosmetic samples and candy as well as a Jack-O-Lantern sippy cup to drink your beer from!

Can I Do This Yoga Class With No Experience?

Yes, yes and YES! This class welcomes beginners with open arms! From totally inflexible to a yoga rock star- you’ll enjoy this class!

What Kinda Of Yoga Class Is This?

Rose, our newest addition to the Beer and Yoga family, has a flow style of yoga. She will be doing some serious toning and we’re gonna be jamming to some fun Halloween music.

What Else Do I Get With My Ticket?

I’m glad you asked! No “Beer + Yoga” event would be complete without a beer! So you get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of Great South Bay Brewing Company’s Beer!!

What Should I Bring?

Bring your own yoga mat, we won’t be providing any. The class will be outside of the brewery in the mall square, so you will definitely need a mat. Oh and bring yourself!

How Can I Get There?

No car? The brewery is only about 3 miles from the Bayshore Train Station.

Driving? GSB is conveniently located on Drexel Drive right off of 5th Avenue in Bayshore. You can easily get to the brewery from both Sunrise and the Southern State.
